Festival de Toronto 2023: Anunciaron las primeras 60 películas

-Entre los títulos confirmados figura el estreno norteamericano de El rapto, film de Daniela Goggi con Rodrigo de la Serna, Julieta Zylberberg, Jorge Marrale y Germán Palacios basado en El salto de papá, libro de Martín Sivak, que antes tendrá su world premiere en la Mostra de Venecia.
-Actualización: se sumaron 22 documentales y el largometraje de apertura será The Boy and Heron / How Do You Live?, el más reciente (y posiblemente último) trabajo del genio de la animación japonesa Hayao Miyazaki.

La 48ª edición del TIFF (7 al 17 de septiembre) dio a conocer una lista de 60 largometrajes sobre un total que llegará a algo más de 200 (en 2022 se proyectaron 260 largos). De ese total, 37 figuran como estrenos mundiales, mientras que otros ya se exhibieron en festivales como Cannes o se habrán proyectado unos días antes en la Mostra de Venecia (30 de agosto al 9 de septiembre) o en Telluride (31 de agosto al 4 de septiembre).
